Peterbilt SmartLINQ Features and Systems
Peterbilt SmartLINQ will provide drivers and fleet owners with a variety of diagnostics information. This includes at-a-glance fleet breakdowns with detailed diagnostic information and recommended actions. The system can be accessed through the SmartLINQ app, which is available on both Android and iOS platforms. SmartLINQ will allow fleet owners to track trucks throughout North America using a color-coded system to indicate the health of the vehicle.

Other features included with SmartLINQ are web-based portal access through PACCAR solutions, 24/7 notifications and monitoring for over 750 engines and aftertreatment diagnostics codes. The system utilizes reasoning engine technology to collect and analyze information provided by the on-board diagnostics system.
SmartLINQ has several benefits to drivers as well. The system can provide contact information, directions to the three nearest Peterbilt dealerships, and can be set to connect with dealerships on standby in case service or parts are needed. SmartLINQ Service Management can also provide updates on the process of any service while the truck is being worked on.
